This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, registered users, and paying customers who access or use CRMx services including website heatmaps, session recordings, email heatmaps, A/B testing, analytics dashboards, demo requests, support requests, and related features.

We process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases: Consent, Contract, Legitimate Interests, and Legal Obligation.

Information We Collect

• Account & Contact Information: Name, email address, company name, billing details, login credentials.
• Information via Website Forms: When you submit “Contact Us” or “Request a Demo” forms, we collect the details you provide (name, email, phone, message). Used only to respond, arrange demos, or provide requested information. Retained up to 24 months.
• Service Data: Heatmap data (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement), session recordings, email engagement data.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser, device, OS, referral URLs, approximate geolocation.
• Payment Information: Processed by Stripe/PayPal; we do not store full card details.
• Communications: Emails, support requests, survey responses, feedback.

How We Use Information

Data transferred outside the UK/EU is safeguarded using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), UK IDTA, or adequacy decisions.

CRMx services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
