Refund Policy

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund only in the following cases:

  • The service is materially different from its description or demo.
  • The service does not perform its core advertised functions and the issue cannot reasonably be fixed.
  • A confirmed security vulnerability exists and cannot be patched promptly.
  • Support services were explicitly purchased but not provided as promised.

2. Demo Instead of Trials

CRMx does not provide free trials. Customers may request a live demo before purchase, where all features, reports, and analytics are shown. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm you have had an opportunity to evaluate the service via demo.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase.
  • Service meets its description and demo but does not meet subjective expectations.
  • Customer lacks the technical expertise to use the service.
  • Issues caused by third-party APIs, integrations, or hosting.
  • Refund requests made after 15 days from purchase.
  • Any request for goodwill refunds not based on eligibility.

4. Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Monthly or annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations stop future billing but do not generate partial or prorated refunds. Custom or enterprise contracts may have separate cancellation terms defined in the signed agreement.

5. Force Refunds

CRMx LTD reserves the right to issue a refund at its sole discretion. Force refunds result in immediate termination of service access, updates, and support.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  • Email support@crmx.uk with their purchase details.
  • Provide evidence of the issue.
  • Allow CRMx support a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before a refund is issued.

7. Fraud & Chargebacks

Fraudulent refund claims or chargebacks may lead to account suspension and legal action. CRMx LTD reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using contractual and usage evidence.

8. Limitation of Liability

Refunds are the sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service. CRMx LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities).

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Certain local laws may grant additional consumer rights, which are not overridden by this policy.
