CRMx LTD operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once a client signs the service agreement and the annual subscription fee is paid, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. By signing the contract, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
CRMx offers annual subscription plans only. We do not provide monthly subscriptions. The annual subscription grants full access to the agreed services, updates, and support for the duration of the contract period.
Before signing the agreement, clients are offered a live demonstration of the platform. During the demo, all core features, reports, integrations, and analytics capabilities are shown in real-time. Clients are encouraged to ask questions, request clarifications, and fully evaluate the system before making a purchase decision.
Clients may raise technical, operational, security, or performance-related questions prior to signing the contract. CRMx provides detailed answers and clarifications to ensure full transparency. Once the agreement is signed, it confirms that the client is satisfied with the explanations, demonstration, and scope of services.
If any technical issue occurs during the subscription period, CRMx will investigate, fix, and resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Clients will be informed about progress and updates. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds but will be addressed through corrective actions and system updates.
Clients may choose not to renew their subscription at the end of the annual term. However, early termination during the active contract period does not entitle the client to any partial or prorated refund.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of service access and legal enforcement of the signed agreement. CRMx LTD reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using contractual documentation and service usage records.
CRMx LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of the service. The client agrees that service support and issue resolution are the sole remedies available under the subscription agreement.
This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
